I got a question. I got bad poision ivy on my stomach and spread to my arms. Wife thinks i should go to doc. When is it too bad that you need to see a doc? I mean calamine lotion and benadryl topical stuff wont stop the itch. What should i do.. should i take internal meds?

I feel like its poison ivy but i know what happened and cant see how this happens. Every time i walk to my stand theres briars. No matter how much i cut them back they grow like crazy. I get scratched and get a rash from it and itch it and spread it. It has never gotten this bad tho. The worst of the rash is on my stomach. When i was walking in i got a huge branch scratch my stomach right through my shirt. And the worst of the rash is there. So im sure it came from the briars but all i can compare it to is poison ivy cause i cant explain how briars can do that.

What you all think?

i know. seriously try an oatmeal bath. should help with the itch. you must be allergic to them briars. can't really see it being poison ivy. maybe one of the other ones. if i remember right poison ivy does not grow very tall.

could also take some benadryl. if it is an allergy, should help the itching.
