I might need to go get some of them pills the doctor gave you, Carlos! At least for the first 30-40 pounds or so. Take some of the strain off my knees and feet so I can exercise more.

Going to Dr. next week to be checked for mesothelioma (Grew up with a lot of asbestos insulation in our basement.), COPD, and CHF.
I was 214 yesterday, so I'm down 6 lbs already. The stress in my life (going through a divorce) and heavy duty weight training are working so well I don't think I will even need to step on a treadmill this year. I have also cut some of the carbs out of my diet and concentrate more on the protein but I normally just eat smaller portions of anything I want. I can start to notice my metabolism is getting sluggish now that I'm 30 and that stinks.
I need to explain to you how to cook eggs? :wacko
I'm pretty sure the dietary value goes out the window when you fry them... I can only eat so many hard boiled before I get sick of them.
