I'm making an appointment this week to check on my sleep apnea. Lack of sleep causes all kinds of problems, including weight gain, slowing down metabolism, etc. Gonna fix what's not working first, then make the other changes needed to lose about 100-150 pounds!

Yeah man. I can't tell you how much better I feel just knocking off that 10#. I had some terrible eating habits, now I am not even craving the junk food or fast food

So what's a typical day for you? Diet wise...

A big breakfast;
Usually 2-3 eggs
5-6 pieces of bacon, or grilled sausage links or patties
cheese stick
A dill pickle(eating a pickle or a sip of pickle juice keeps you from getting muscle cramps from working in this heat)

Lunch:
I have been grilling chicken breasts a whole pack at the time, and keeping in fridge
Usually a piece of chicken and some raw veggies

Snack;
Pork rinds
cheese stick
raw veggies dipped in low carb salad dressing
boiled egg

dinner:
whatever meat i want (pork,deer, fish. chicken. beef, whatever) and veggies

Also drinking a TON of water and tea. Like a half gallon or more a day

My wifes friend (scallop gal, for those who have been around here a while) had gastric bypass a little over a year ago. She has lost like 125# now. Actually is kinda good lookin now.

I have been gaining... Took the job in Tampa in Nov 2009 and weighed in a 127lbs, 5'6" and 40 years old, could see every rib on my body from the 16 hr, 7 day a week landscape company owner job outside most of the day...

Now I'm around 148lbs, still 5'6" and almost 42 and feel much better. I need to start running a few miles each week again. Retired from the US Army in Feb 2008 and was running 15-25 miles a week. I'm starting to get a little bit of a contractor belly on me and don't want sitting on my azz in front of these computers screens turn me into 180plusboy, vice M12Gunboy! Keep up the good work gents!!!
