there are a lot of different ones out there most are BS. it took you however old you are to line your intestines with this plauque, it's not gonna come off in a week. to do it right will take about 3 months and app 2-300$ and you should probably do the toxin out at the same time while you are at it. I did it and without getting too graphic you will be dying too see what comes out of you next, it's like I remember eating that in third grade. and a bunch of intestinal lining that looks like saran wrap. you will be dragging your wife to come and look. it may take 2-3 weeks to start seeing stuff, depending. I did it when 50 something and I figure it's better out than in. I used DrNatura.com brand and at the time it was rated as one of the best. you take 2-4 capsules in the morning and a scoop of fiber powder (like metamucil), 3 pills midday, 1 cup of their herbal tea and 2 more pills in the eve before bed with lots of water throughout the day. it sounds hard but after a week or 2 when you start seeing stuff you will be hooked. and don't worry about crapping yourself it won't happen. you will actually become more normaly regular with 1 big bm in the am and no running for the toilet.

Hey TCR let us know how you feel from the cleanse in after a few weeks. I eat a ton of meat and protein and I have been feeling sluggish lately and thought about doing one.

I was feeling the same way, sluggish , lethargic...not eating breakfast, eating terrible lunches if any at all and then loading up at night, 1st when I got home from work and then at dinner. It was getting out of hand and our work/home schedule was not helping. I had to do something.

Alan if you care to take diet advice from a fatazz, don't do anything radical or difficult as you won't be able to keep it up for long. small little changes for the rest of your life will work. basicly all meats are good complex protiens but some have undesired fats and or preservatives like bacon, its a good protien and fat but chock full of chemicals, preservatives and salt. everybody's systems are differnt and family history and blood type have important roles. if you have med insurance I'd see a blood DR (hematologist) and nutritionist to see what would work best for you. I'm not supposed to recommend meds and unable to prescribe but woulg get on a baby aspirin daily and tell your DR. imo you should not have to give up meats altogether. everyone has their kryptonite and most peoples are different. some universaly bad thing for everyone and fairly easy to reduce would be fast food drive thru's, alcohol, white sugars/flours. carbs can go either way for diff people some can handle them, not me, but I can eat any and all types of meats and my triggs and cholesterol are very good. high cholesterol killed my little Bro at app 42 y/o and was clean and sober for over 20 years and weighed 130 but smoked a lot and drank a lot of coffee and had total cholesterol over 450, same as my Mother.
