Name this Mushroom

There are too many dangerous mushrooms out there. I just leave all them alone. The SAS Urban Survival Guide has a couple pages of mushroom identification. I have no clue what it is personally.

And that still will change if you go from one area to another. When I live out in the Pacific NW you would read about whole family's needing liver transplants because they ate a mushroom that looks just like one's they could eat in Ca..

Theres no way i even try to eat wild shrooms of any kind.
