FCAT is the standardized test here in Florida to determine middle and high school student's level of achievement throughout the years. Not to bash anyone, but the standards are awful low here in Florida. It seems like they keep catering to every numbnuts that rolls through the system, rather than kicking 'em out and giving them a landscaping job......... :oops
