Oh boy Oh boy, Monday morning I got hit with a pain in my side that had me doubled over. Made it to the doc. had a CT done and he tells me kidney stone. Day 2 still in pain waiting on this thing to come out. :censored :censored
I feel for ya. I've had 2 bouts with them and 1st ones had to be taken out, 2nd ones got blasted by the lithotripsy (Highly recommended!) Only thing is they were about 9 years apart. You'll make it!

At least a dozen in the last 20 yrs...19 in my kidneys now. 12 left and 7 right.
I'm preparing now for a month drunk and a few blasting jobs!
Hydrate to the point of drowning and move...if it is a stone you won't be able to sit still anyway. Trick is getting them to your bladder. I've only had 1 or 2 that was very painful/difficult to pass ONCE I got it to my bladder.
FYI..grown men do cry!
Had a friend in college that I worked/partied with that suffered from them. I had to take him to the ER one night when he had one lodged and he couldn't urinate. Had to carry a 200# man down a set of stairs and pile him in a Ford Ranger at 3AM. First time I ever saw a grown man cry from pain
