Any jeep people on here? I had to sell my CJ7 back in 2009. But got another one this past weekend. The wife needed a new car and has always wanted a jeep. So it didnt take much to convince me lol. Happy wife happy life. Anyway we picked up a 93 YJ I6 Auto with 106,000 original miles on it. Its extremely clean even the AC works. Its has a small lift and some nice 33x12.5 on it.

even her brats approved

That's a fine lookin' Jeep, sam03, everybody's smilin', even the badger dogs!

Always enjoyed Jeeps, started out with an old Jeep pickup truck when I was in high school, then got an old station wagon with a great big bumper on the front, came home from Parris Island and my Dad had traded it for a car for me to drive to college. My wife bought me an old 1942 MB when we were 1st married back in 1966, kept it till we moved to the panhandle in '73. (Should have kept that one.) Then we had a big Wagoneer for several years. Bought a '57 CJ5 that the kids all learned to drive on and the last one was a Cherokee that we drove for many years, 1st as family car then a woods vehicle. Always said if it didn't have a front axle it wasn't a real Jeep! Even thought there has always been a 4 wheel drive Ford truck on our place since 1970, I still love a Jeep!

Hope that one serves y'all well!

I picked up a 91 YJ for hunt camp with the 4.0L Straight 6. Set it up for flat towing behind my truck when needed. Have the roof and doors off, teaching all the kids at camp how to drive with it. Getting ready for a lift, winch and LED bar installation. I want to get it up in the air so we can roll down the pine rows without hitting every stump and scrub palm out there. Its alot of fun.

My wife got a jeep. Easy to work on.

/This/ It reminds me of when I use to help work on my dad's old work trucks, so much room inside the engine bay to get stuff done and move around.

However, just had to switch out a drive belt on mine. No belt tension pulley on my 4.0L, I had to damn near remove the power steering pump to get the belt off and on.
