99.9% of the crap on the internet is just that...crap. Conspiracy theories are just that. Heck they had some poor kid painted as the terrorist until he had to come forward and say "I am the guy in the picture, I didn't do it". He was a track coach at a local HS and was going to run in the marathon, but decided to not run and attend as a spectator
Some of this stuff is really far fetched. Even for me to believe, and I am a tin foil hat wearing card holder
They also left out the part about the terrorists going on the run, killing two cops, carjacking a dude, one of them getting lit up by the cops like a piece of swiss cheese, and the other one going into hiding
not to mention if they want to ban gun powder, they would have to ban gas, propane, diesel fuel, jet fuel, alcohol, high proof booze, on and on.
Regular gun powder is typically not used for these devices. Its not whats needed.
I received an e-mail saying that this is a plant story from anti gunners hoping it gets picked up on by 2nd amendment and survivalist sites to see how far they can get it distributed.
