Not promoting a brand but different family members have bought tires on line from discount tires and tire rack. been very pleased. even after having them mounted and balanced, worked out cheaper than any I priced at the stores.

I just picked up a set of 33" bfg km2 for my jeep. Have about $600 in all 4 wheels and tires. Hope to get them on jeep tomorrow. Then I will have a full set of 15" ford ranger steel factory wheels, a full set of 31.50's on 15" wheels that will fit older f150/bronco/jeep if anyone wants them. The tires have some dry rot. Would be good for the woods, still have tread.. they will be free for pickup in manatee county. This is only the second set of wheels I have ever put on my jeep in 10 years. Don't drive it much.

I got the Cooper AT3's back in November - worked out good with the $80 rebate they were running. So far so good, but I think its knocked my gas mileage down a little. Still investigating that!

Falken has a pretty decent off road tire. They're usually running some sort of deal. The last set I purchased from Sears they gave me 18 mos to pay w/ no interest if u open a sears card. I thought that was a pretty sweet deal. I think 12 mos is the norm but I guess the dude that did my paperwork was having a really good day & asked me if I'd like 18 instead. I said uhh is that a trick question? lol
