I can see the site from my I phone exactly the same as on my laptop. Is there a reason I need to download this app? Everyone that knows me will tell you I blow money on bulls@$# all the time but this seems like a waste. Am I missing something?

I have an Ipod Touch, so I see it exactly like you do. I have been viewing the forum that way for over a year on it, and to me it works perfectly.
However, I have a Blackbery and the Tapatalk was a drastic improvement to view the forum on it. The native browser or Opera mini both stunk for viewing forums. I just don't see it as a need on the Iphone/Ipod
