Just goes to show you how fast people can turn on you.
This leaves me at a loss for words. Why would you be on a hunting trip with a guy you dont trust. I guess you just never really know some people. This guy had to have some kind of chemical imbalance or some thing. It does sound alchohol related.
I've witnessed more than a few arguments leading to fist fights in hunt camps over the years, the worst between 2 brothers but none leading to shooting thank god, or involving me, surprisingly enough.
it came close one year when we pulled the bullet heads out of one guys ammo and removed the powder then put the bullet heads back in. he refused to unload his rifle with a young kid in the house, or to leave it in a vehicle.
I got someone who hunts "in an area of where i hunt" (self explanatory) Who i want to beat the living crap out of. But i let it go cause hes always drunk, and high, and i always carry my gun on me. SO i just avoid the area of his dwelling and hunt and be happy.
Its just not worth it. Especially if that persons with a couple of friends drinking by the campfire and trying to cut you down. I just walk away. Cause i know what will happen if i react. Sometimes you just gotta walk away to live another day.
