Well, after about 7 years of renting, I am a homeowner again! Closed on our house yesterday and spent the day (and a bunch of $$$) cleaning and ordering new appliances, carpet, and light fixtures and such...ahhh, the joys of home ownership!

I did get a new ladder and pressure washer out of it...so far..hehe!!

I think I know what happened to the costume for Cousin It...I found it under the refrigerator that was in the house!!!

ahhhh the pleasures of home ownership. leaky roof, water heater leaking. seriously-congrats. there are fewer better feelings than to say-that's mine. congrats

Congrats, It has more plus's then minuses. Took the plunge four years ago ourselves.
