That dude was a creep around the women here in the office... HR reprimanded him for flirting (creepily) with them. He was normal around the guys, but gave women that stalker stare...

No. He use to work at my company as a contractor. He came in and knew what he was doing as far as the job goes. He would just weird the women out. I've spoken to a few different girls here that all had something to say about him. None of which was good. Unfortunately I referred him to Carlos, since he did a good job on my floors, and the guy did him wrong. (I'll let him tell you the story if he wants.)
