2 words Nyquil Coma. That don't work, invite JB (that's Mr. Beam to those of you who haven't yet been introduced). The two a them together can make sure you sleep through the night. I wouldn't recommend it for the long term, but sometimes just getting a single night's sleep can help you get to sleep on future nights. Sometimes, just being over tired can make it hard to get to sleep. Especially if you don't wake up because you have to go, but decide you have to go after you get up. I would definitely go see your doctor. Get your annual physical. I hate goin for mine, but it helps find things that are easy to deal with early and harder to deal with later. Plus, when you find out you're OK, and nothin's really wrong, you have more piece of mind.

Last full physical I had was after turning 30 and the USAF wanted to check me out. That was over 15 years ago, so I guess it's time to get another one! I'm sure this time the rubber glove and maybe a camera or two will be involved. Kinda sounds like johnl's Saturday nights!
