I have a friend that is a retired Deputy from the sheriffs office. He has got into this GoPro thing posting everything that he does. The other day he was kayaking in the Ocala forest. He had his dog with him and filming all of the brim and turtles as he and his dog had a mornong ride. They had got out of the kayak and walked down a side stream for a while only when they return he found that his kayak had been stolen. It had his wallet and cell phone in it and his truck was on the other side of the river. Long story shorten a little he got to the other side and found 3 people (2 men and a woman) pulling his Kayak down someones private driveway. He aproched them and said that one of them "asalted him" when he inquired about his kayak. Next in his story he said that someone gave him the kayak and dog back to his truck. After he got back to his truck and had called the sheriffs office the thugs rode by him and he said that they "flicked him off" (I think it might have been the other way) He then said that they stopped and one of them got out and started "assulting him". The next part of the story went to Deputies arriving and arresting one of the men and the other running off into the woods. I told him that next time he needs to take the GoPro off the pattle and place it on his head. Morrons should have never messed with a retired deputy sheriff.

Did he have any signs of an assault or was it the infamous I'm a cop and you said dirty words to me so that's assault? Sucks that his kayak was stolen but at least he got it back.

I resent the "infamous" remark. Not all cops, retired or otherwise are wise asses.

Resent it all you want but there's no doubt it's used. All it takes is one bad apple and unfortunately there's too many.
