Frontier steakhouse/cattle co in Tampa used to do that. I heard their quality went down the tube, though. We have got so spoiled with my steaks here at home we rarely go out to eat one anymore. I can cook a better steak than any steak house in Tampa. My wife has eaten at famous places in NYC, including Peter Lugers and swears mine is better

I know what you mean, Al. To me a nice top sirloin cooked at home is as good as anything I can get at a restaurant. And if I can splurge for a New York Strip or T-Bone, it just don't get any better. Unless I am going to a place that cooks something I can't make, most restaurants wind up being a disappointment.
