Swampdweller, sorry to hear about it. Y'all seemed to make a good couple, but I didn't see every minute and every situation. At your age, it's tough to take on those responsibilities and change your life to suit someone else. Shoot, you ain't had time to figure out your own life, let along take care of someone else's. Go do your thing for a while, find out who you are and what you want out of life. Don't get tied down before you're really ready to make that lifelong commitment.

My girl and I just split up this past weekend, packed everything and left..just felt like the relationship was one sided at times, I felt like I did alotand her not so much and she worked nights, me days and things just seemed to have fallen apart, didnt have no kids together though she had a son and he has had no father figure in his life but me but its tough raising a kid thats not yours it seems. Seems like I lost what I love when I met her (outdoor life). Like how most u guys say everything was great at first but idk what happens that it falls apart, I dont know if I can be with anyone else if they dont like the outdoors like I do. Idk its a tough subject I guess, I see different views.

Sorry to hear about your situation.
I hope that with your outdoor activities you had some kind of positive influence on her son. If he had no father figure I do hope you established a good enough relationship that you can continue to mentor him. God knows he will need it! Even if your interests are not quite the same. Good luck.

NO KIDDING its worth it if its for the right reasons (but theyre actually cheap if no kids or houses or anything to separate)
