just messed with the ajustment button.. it kicked back on.. not its at 26.9.. DAMIT.. all my meat is gonna go bad. damit.. hopefully the temp drops lower as i wait.. DAMIT MAN.

seriously i only got half of that hog and its alot of meat.. id be cooking all night.

Your meat won't go bad unless it defrosts.Frozen is frozen,it's not gonna thaw out uless it gets way over 32.

shoulda bought yours. i just wanted something small like the one i got.. its behind the dining room table and you cant even see it.. I just got a wicked witch of a wife and shes allways complaining so i had to get that small one. let me check the temp again.. hold on.
