well, i have been down for 5 days and still not 100%. what a butt kicker. still don't believe in the shot but will see next year. they say it is only 60% effective.
the warm weather won't help at all. if you have it do us all a favor, don't be a hero and go to work sick. stay home, don't go visit others and spread it around.
It just knocked my hunting partner out of work, he looked like sh*t warmed over yesterday.

Yea with only 5 sick days i will be at work. It not a mater of being a hero it mater of keeping my bills paid. But i have the shot it was free at CVS or insurance covered it.
considering the #'s of diff virus's and they way 1 can mutate, I bet they would love to get 60% effectiveness. if those odds are true I'd get the shot in a heartbeat. I'm a total germaphobe now, I've lost the super immune system you develop working in a hospital. best way to avoid it is don't give it a chance to take hold. you will be exposed. stay well rested/hydrated/nourished and low stress, if that's possible. it's picked up on surfaces by your hands then brought to your mouth.eyes/ears/nose, (portals of entry). carry your perrel and use it often. magazines in dr's offices are the worst, telephones, money, shopping cart handles, door knobs, lemon/fruit slices in restaurants are all good sources. I had the guy in front of me at the publix pharmacy the other day wearing a TB mask, I folded my arms like I was in a straight jacket and stayed at least 10' away from him and the counter. he was leaning over the counter touching everything possible icluding the tech. I had to tell the girl not to touch my meds until she wiped the whole area and her hands down including the pen and credit card machine. got my meds went home and boiled my clothes, lol. can't be too carefull.
