Man oh man fried chicken livers and chicken gizzards. Is there any thing better or was it just a craving i had to fill drove to 3 Grocery stores to find them.

Today it was venison steak and shrimp. Both cooked in the same pan with butter.
Those were large 16 count shrimp

was gonna try and make biscuits and gravy with pulled pork instead of sausage. drop bisquits came out fine, but what I thought was frozen pulled pork that I took out of the freezer 2 days ago, with my specs on now is turkey soup. gotta put it on hold until pp thaws, damm I've been looking forward to this for days. anyone ever try using pp instead of sausage? gonna use bacon fat and butter to make the rue.
