two years should be the max, then you get hung, fried or maybe offed the way you offed someone. if you beat them to death, you get beat down mob style. it would definately deter people from doing these things.

My question is...
Why in the hell do jail gaurds take so much sheet for the inmates? Seriously like if one of the inmates starts resisting, why dont they straight beat his a$$? Or if they all start riot, just start opening fire and make some room for other convicts. Can convicted felons still sue people?
