There's been many post on this message board about customer service and recently had some excellent customer service. I have had my crossbow for going on two years now and I've never had a problem with it (a zero issues I thought it was from not enough practice) and thought maybe it's time to go get restrung and tuned up. I brought it down to tarpon springs office/ plant to have it inspected ,and was told I have a broken cam and my scope was off(was having zero issues). Took about an hour and they repaired it all pluses put in new bow and a new trigger and sighted in the new scope at 20 yards,a nd when they brought it back out to me they said there was no charge there was one year of the warranty left was the most amazing and nicest news I could hear. basically have a brand-new crossbow Ready to go for the season. Will have to say if your looking for a crossbow Barnett customer service and great bows deserve a look. If I need another it will be a Barnett.

I will agree 150% on that because I carried my crossbow back in April and they did the repairs that needed to be made and didn't charge a dime. It was a little disappointing on the waiting area... I was hoping for a show room or pro shop or something like that not to sit on the couch ot the picknic table outside. But for some reason they choose not to sale to the public so a show room would do no good.I guess that I was expecting the same as the Bear archery proshop. Hey it was a couple hour drive for me but the savings in gas money vs. carring it to a proshop I'm sure was cheaper and if anyone knows how to work on a Barnett crossbow it would be them...

I've said it many times over, they have the best CS in the industry. I will never own anything other than a barnett, nor will I ever recommend anything else. My buddy has had a Horton, and now a Stryker. I won't even go into detail about the crap he has had happen to both of them and the reluctance of both companies to work with him

I still have to get mine over there. On the last day of archery I noticed one limb is starting to crack. This will be the second rebuild on it
