Keep me posted. The CFPRC down on Moss road is very nice, but damm it takes alot to get involved and stay active. If I was a retired guy, I'd be all over it...
If it's not as difficult as CFPRC to get involved and doesn't require 60 days of work, paperwork and $600 to join I am definately interested. My step son has been on me every weekend about going to the range.
$25 one time application fee. $150/yr membership fee. You can bring two guests at a time, $5/guest. I see no mention of a probation period.
I can't access their web page from the government computer-server. I would be interested. Do they have pistol, rifle, and shotgun ranges? Trap, Skeet, Five Stand, Sporting Clays?
Its not that big. It appears to have one long covered shooting line with a continuous berm moving back in 25 yrd increments starting at 25 yards to 100 yards. They do offer trap. The range is open to the public every Thursday evenings for trap and the 2nd Sunday of the month they do NRA Metallic Silhouette match shooting open to the public as well.
This one might be a keeper. Took a drive by there today and it seems well taken care + the fact its +/- 10 minutes from the house. I am going to stop by Thursday evening for the public trap shoot and check out the rest of the complex.
