usually take my helper with me to go work on the lease and he hates it, to hot out for him. sweet thing is we are salary--- don't have to pay him overtime to work his azzz off. :clap: :clap:
You sound like my boss. "lol" On call 5 days 24 hours a day ( 120 hours a week ) and if they need you a extra day you will work it and since you are on salery you only get a days pay no X and a 1/2.
i don't hunt ML, had to my wife over the shock of all the archery gear. i bow hunt the 2nd weekend of archery, then i don't go back up till general gun. and try to go up 4 or 5 different weekends and then i also take 1 week vacation to hunt the rut.

heck, i'm salary also. on call 24 / 7 get paid for 48 hours per week
thats usually how it works. i only had one salary job that worked out good for me, only reason i left was i needed bene's for the family.
