too much time on the forum today for sure. was gonna hunt this pm but this weather front must have dropped the barometer cuz every joint in my body is hurting. plus I kinda want to hunt the full "blue moon" in the am"

do you need a special license to drive one? and how big of a trailer can you tow behind.

With some of the class A and class C motorcoaches, you need a special license, and there are limits to total overall length, but I know with a tow behind camper trailer, the limit is something like 60' overall truck and camper. Personally, anything over 50' overall is a bit much if it's your first "go" at it.

Just as Tbone said the motorcoach not the standard motor homes!

Class A: Any combination of vehicles with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds provided the GVWR of the vehicle(s) being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
Class B: Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing a vehicle not in excess of 10,000 pounds GVWR
