buddy of mine had a portable classroom hauled up to our hunting camp. cost him like $800.00 for the class room and like $1800 for delivery and set up. but we have power and septic in our camp. He added a few walls and it is very homey.

lots of good deals on CL, trailers are easier to buy and check out than RV's. We buy and sell Class A and C's off CL, probably 30 by now. Usually pass on 10 to get 1 good 1. Of course we are buying to make money and have passed on dozens of great enough to keep for yourself and sell in a couple of year and not lose $$.

There is no market for trailers because of the fema fiasco so we don't deal in them and as LH said they are not road ready, they are park models. There are good deals though, you just need to do your research and check them out well, not as much to go wrong with a trailer as a MH. I like the ultra lites no matter what you are pulling it with as they save gas in the long haul.
