A couple words of advice. Relax you left hand. You should point your fingers and thumb downrange at your target. You'll torque the bow less, and your shots will be more consistent.
BTW, real glad you've taken an interest in slingin sticks.

I'm with ya, PapaJ. Let that bow roll out of your hand as the arrow goes. The wrist band will keep it with you, but the bow won't turn to the side as it will if you keep a grip on it.
