Sounds to me like you're a candidate for the Bug Skinz underwear that Cabelas and some of the other outfitters sell. Fits tight and keeps off your arms, legs, and torso. The even have a head cover to keep em outta your ears and off your face. They're supposed to keep the chiggers and yellow flies off too.
Dang. I'll have to check on that. Especially if it doesn't have an odor after a short time.
It's been brought up a couple times I think. I believe it's called permethrine or something like that. Supposed to be really strong and you don't want to spray it on yourself.
