I spose ur right. I just know that there are lot of guys out there that are decent, respectable, and more than willing to put in a hard days' work, but can't find a job. Some were laid off. And some are just out of tech school/college. This economy sucks. I'd let it be known to mister "tardy" that he can be replaced faster than he can say unemployment.
Kemster, I told you in another thread I'm available- and I guarantee I'll work rings around 'Mr. Tardy'- I don't care how old he is!!! And I will NEVER be late to work!
