I feel lucky to have a job myself, and despite the fact that I work with some very talented folks, there are a lot of morons there that make me wanna tell the whole place to go to hell. But, to quote an old song "A man's gotta do, what a man's gotta do." and I'm not about to do something stupid to get myself replaced.

I've owned my own small trucking business twice and have always advanced wherever I've worked. I've had workers like yours and they can be maddening!
