helper is late AGAIN. :no :no :no don't know about these young guys. have the day planned out, doesn't seem to realize how being late screws up the day.
I found that in many of the younger crowd! They would tell me "dude I am only 25 minutes late whats wrong with that" or "Fired" for just being late,dude!
They have no work ethic's or should say very little in this day and age!
But they are the first one's to want to be out on time.
Oh helll yeah they sit right on top of the clock to the second and bamm! I have had customers tell me that they stopped right near closing time and employee said sorry we are closed.Customers tell me it was a few minutes before so I checked clock out and he had changed the clock 15 minutes ahead.I only found this out because of a customer and I started checking and found out one night because he finally forgot to rest the clock back before he left.FIRED
