Sanding 900 feet of woodflooring. Guy gets the git r done cheaper handyman to do it like I told him not to do. Now I'm here resanding the floor and he's paying more times 2. What an idiot. Didn't listen to me the first time. Only a professional company can do professional sanding and refinishing. Floor looked like someone sanded it with a meat tendorizer then threw a coat of stain then dropped a bucket of poly on the floor and spread it with a rag. Oh well now he's not only paying again but paying more caise I gotta get the butcher chop marks out.

well, wastewater showed up. the yahoo contractors that run the new water line broke my sewer line. stinky. but , not gonna cost me nothing. :clap :clap
