I think the reason I keep coming back to this site is beacuse most of you remind me of when I was younger and the crew I hunted with. I can't stand just talking about hunting or especially the ones who talk about all the G's on a deers horns. Cracking jokes and cutting up makes life much better and makes for a fun hunt camp.
I agree. I get sick and tired of all the talk about trophy hunting and then folks getting rediculed for shooting a legal spike
10-4 on that,the last time I went to an Archery shop that's all I heard, I wanted to shoot myself.What's worse is the way that they are training their young'uns,"He's not a shooter cuz his G-3 has a chip in it and he's not quite 24' wide.I have absolutely no problem with the guys who trophy hunt but c'mon lets not take all the fun out of hunting.
I killed a 6 pt in Al a few years ago,the rules were your allowed 1 small buck 6 or better then the rack had to progress. So I killed it and at the skinning rack came all the comments, "I'd a let him walk,or he would have been a nice 8 next year". You know what I say............. :2fingers
