Yeah, I found a deer that had been dragged about 300 yards and half eaten near Brookville lake once too. Didn't think there were supposed to be big cats in SE Indiana haha....

just like fla. dont have any bears. About a mile from the house there is a big cat sanctuary. They have lions, tigers lepoards all kinds from every were maybe they lost something and aint telling. But I will tell ya if you ever hear a panther hollar youll never forget it

The only panther I've ever heard was right after dark when I was helping my father bloodtrail a deer. When someone says it sounds like a lady screaming they are telling the truth. It is one of the only time I've ever been scared in the woods. It was so creepy it is one of those times where the hair on the back of your neck stands up. We found the buck and got the heck out of there. It was in georgia, just north of camilla.

I could tell some panther stories bit I'd get an e-mail from the powers that be and a stern warning.

I've got a spot I stalk deep in the Glades. 1 place the panther tracks are really thick and always turn off into a thick head so I figure it beds down right there. Been a few times I walked thru there in the dark and something busts thru the bushes the other way and always has me jumping. :eek I've heard the screaming a few times out there and it's a sound you'll never forget.
