the latest arrest in Tampa? guy shoots at a cop. he has 41 prior arrests, 21 felony and who knows how many convictions, still out on the street. looks to be 30ish y/o maybe. how many millions of $'s already spent on LE, Judicial, incarceration. he claims "I Aint did nuthin". well that's good enough for me, unhook him & give him ROR.

Yeah, it's unbelievable how many of these turds are still on the streets.

That's crazy - I think there was one in Orlando yesterday a.m. as well - same story - guy had over 40 felony arrests! What do they do, send out a memo??
