Sorry, but I dont remember reading anywhere that your allowed break the law whenever its not convenient for you. the man was doing his job period. you messed up and got caught, own it

You can risk a court appearance and hope the cop doesn't show. Sometimes you can find out what days off a cop usually has, and then try to get a court date on his day off. They rarely show on their days off! No cop, no conviction, because you have the right to face and question your accuser. If he's a peckerhead, though, and shows up anyway, you could wind up being fined more and no longer have the school option. It's almost extortion the way they do it.

I am gonna disagree with you there. I personally have no problem with speed traps next to school zones. Matter of fact I think any tickets written for speeders in a school zone should be tripled. I have no problem with cops hanging out at bars to catch drunk drivers, either
