My #'s have been high for a long time. I think since 98 I found out. I went fat free,worked out,and lost about 20 lbs. #'s never changed.

High fat foods and do not cause high cholesterol. Starches, carbs, breads, pasta, rice, beer and sugar do...A lot of folks don't realize it

The three highest are; eggs, cheese, and seafood.
