Went to wally world and I always pick up some ammo, get back to sporting dept. and there was nothing on the shelf but 22lr and bird shot and a couple of boxs of 30-30. i asked the dude behind the counter that I have made friends with whats going on and he said they cant keep it on the shelf people buying like crazy, they called the warehouse to order and they where out of everything to.
And it starts, stopped at a pawn shop I frequent and the man says the hottest thing selling right now is AR's and AK's people buying like crazy.

They all carry ammo here and a good variety but the shelves are bare, I went to four differant stores 2 in Jax one in Middleburg between Jax and Gainesville and one in Gainesville and there wasnt much. I've been surfing all my usual sites and its slim pickens. I ordered 500 rnds of 308 for 250.00 and 1200 rnds of 40 for 250.00 and it burns my ass, 3 months ago I could buy 200 rnd. battle packs of 308 2004 issue for 86.00 now there 150.00 serious price gouching going on but the country is in a buying frenzy because we know whats coming.
