I've been smoke free since New Year and have not killed anyone yet. 😀 At least that you can prove. 😆

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

There has been more than once that I wanted to take my patch off and chew on it. 😆

When I quit dipping I went cold turkey..No gum, no patches, no shots, no hypnosis, nothing.I just made up my mind and did it.
Just keep in the back of your mind that the patch is still giving you nicotine and. I have heard that people stop the patch then start smoking/dipping again

Today is my last day also. I'm gonna start fresh in the AM and hope I don't kill anyone either. Good Luck
