not really but was real tempting. I dont hunt allthough you guys are making me think about starting. Anyway, I was leaving the disney world campgrounds sunday and about 3 feet off the road were 3 deer just sitting there eating I was no more than 5 feet away and they didnt move. they got lucky I was driving my moms lincoln suv and not my 78 suburban. lol
I saw the same deer up there when I went with the family, they couldn't care less. You can drive a tractor or a diesel truck within 100yds of about 90% of the deer on our place, but if you have a gas truck, they are gone. Weird, I guess they got used to the clack,clack,clack of the tractors running all the time.
My buddies farm in GA, you can drive your pick up to the stands they are so used to the trucks driving out there working the crops
Hey man,when I was at MArathon a few years ago, I was feeding deer with my kids baby bottle out of my truch window.I was also at Ft. Wilderness last summer and in the eve's we'd take a ride on the monorail. Talk about seeing some bucks.

Great to know im not crazy I was riding the monorail there and last minute glanced over and could have sworn I saw a big rack buck in them woods. Everyone thought i was falling off my rocker.
That's funny. I drink 5 or 6 in the eve's and the kids just loved riding the monorail. We rode for over an hr one night right before dark. That place is crawling with them.
Who needs to apply? All ya have to do is get somebody to drop you off out past Fort Wilderness or back behind the Grand Floridian, and then come back to pick you up later. I have seen bucks with racks that would score in the 140s easy right across the street from downtown Disney. Where SA stayed, there are all kinds of deer around. And the turkeys are darn near the size of emu.
