Thinkin about trying a left handed rifle, since I mainly shoot left handed now. Out of 15 animals this year, I think I shot probably 10 left handed
yeah, know what you mean everything this year everything sounded like it was coming from my hard right ( mostly armadillo) a tough shot for a righty. gotta start doing some ambi practice, I do it for pistol but never for rifle.
Being right handed, and left eye dominant...I started practicing LH shooting several years back. Plus the fact my Right eye vision was weakening. I swear it feels more natural and I have become a better shot, I think.
I have not done any clay or wing shooting left handed though, only rifle. I want to bad to see how it is shooting with 2 eyes open. Never have been able to do it being left eye dominant
Just this year I started shooting with both eyes open. Like it much better than 1 closed. I've never tried shooting left handed and ain't sure I'm talented enough to do it. I'll give it a try next time I'm on the range.
