Palmatto state armory free floater with magpul XTM rail covers. 5.56 barrel with 1/9 twist. Lower stamped multi-cal. Moved the red dot forward so it will come on line faster and use both eyes. Will have to see how this works. Really want a reflex site and add a tactical light for night time hogs. Will be using 62g fusion ammo. it will put a woopin on a hog. Also will be adding a B.A.D lever soon

nice gun and not arguing the speed/accuracy and killing ability of the 223 if the right bullet is placed exactly right, but it's hard to think of such a small diameter/light bullet as a thumper. when I think of a thumper a 45-70 comes to mind first.

I have a Marlin 1895 Guide in 45-70 and you are correct sir.....THAT is a thumper!
