congrats. you did EXTREMELY WELL on that deal. it looks brand new, + the extra mags and holsters! you CAN get an expensive gun at a great price with some effort. so how long did it take from when you decided on it until you found it?, and how did you find it? if you want I can take you and your GF to the chazz range as guests, 1$ each vs 14$ each and even let you use some 9mm re-loads and try some other sigs.

Thank you! I have to thank you and gunboy for helping me make the descision to not rush and buy something different. What mainly took a while was getting the funds. Bad luck kept happening for us everytime we got money, and it's hard for us to come up with that kind of money but we finally did. We went to kastle keep in largo (as recommended by someone on a sig forum), and they had a used one for $630 that looked great. not the best deal but we had the money out then realized my girlfriends ID still had our old address, so we had to get that changed before buying i guess. I then posted on two different sig forums that I was looking to buy a p239. A couple hours later a guy emails me about this gun and sent pics and everything. Met up the next morning and was amazed. Looked even better than the pics he sent.

Yeah that sounds good, but we'd only be able to go mon-wed usually. If I can find some 9mm today we will probably go to shooters world tomorrow since its ladies day and she will get to shoot for free. I found that ammo-can.net was accurate yesterday. I chose not to trust it and made another run to walmart and it had the exact hydrashoks for $22 for 20 rounds they said it'd have. Didn't buy any. Going to maybe try dicks today.

You did great. Your patience paid off. You have a gun that looks new and retails in the $825 range new, with 4 mags (2 normally come with one) so another $100 in 2 extra mags and two great holsters, which also look new which would have hit you for $60-70 each for $600.

Aren't you glad you didn't buy a Plastic Piece of Shiz (PPOS) Kel-Tec, S&W, Springfield or Glock? Your P239 will out last any of the plastic guns X10!

In 20 years when the plastic guns have formed frame cracks, splinters and splits due to use, heat, plastic intolerance over time and just plain plastic wear and no replacement parts/frames since the gun manufacturers no longer make that model PPOS, your SIG will likely be worth twice what you paid for it and still be extremely shootable!

Congrats. Now you know why I own 3 Sig P series guns and Nacho has 3-4 as well! Top shelf stuff!

Yes man I am extremely happy I listened to you and nacho. This thing feels and looks great! We still haven't shot it yet though! Went to 3 walmarts today in search of some 9 and haven't found anything. This ammo shortage (well gouging) is rediculous. I can easily get ripped off and get some at dicks for $25 for 25 rounds as they told me over the phone!!!!

Now I'm saving to start getting reloading equipment.
