My two lines of defence in Afghanistan.... my Ovcherko mut and my mut of an issued M-4....
Sorry for the shameless plug for my cousin's restaraunt....
An old soviet 12ga we took of some local yocal...
Ya'll know ya'll wish you could have one of these!! It's a can of wasp spray we found in downtown Konduz Afghanistan. Apparently they think this is what we kill wasps with. Badass pistols that shoot bullets that smell like new clothes!!

Great photos. Thanks for your service brother. Where is PBR? Back in my day that was some nasty but cheap beer :>) Pabst Blue Ribbon.
That pizza joint is on the Nantahala up in NC. My cousin doesn't run it anymore but he probably still hangs around there with all the other river hippies, LOL!
I love Pabst!! Cheap, it has flavor, and it's American owned! Unlike Bud and all the other sellout "American" beers.
glad to be getting u home soon but we needed to be there and kick azz too.
Great pics. I served in USAF Spec Ops during Desert Shield/Storm, but never had to go over to the sand trap - it was all over before it was my turn. My cousin is almost 50 years old and has been over to A-stan several times with his Guard unit. He's attached to a Ranger unit, and has been in the she-ite a few times when they went out looking for the Taliban. Sure am thankful when you guys return home safe. You really can't be thanked enough. While all who honorably serve deserve respect, those of you who have served in combat deserve an even deeper admiration. I salute you and am honored that you share these things with us.
