Caught another coon last night.Could be for sale,or I could make it part of a guided hunt if the price is right.
maybe you should raise coondogs SA, seems like you can trap plenty of them to train your pups.
I actually was talking about that with my wife this morn. I have 3 ,7 month old plotts that are ready to go right now. They go nuts on the cats,I guarantee you they'd make great coon dogs.Right now I'm still rebuilding my hog dog pack so I don't think I'll do it yet.
Whats the best way you found to cook thos coons???
I heard about a guy who used to nail em to a 2X4 and marinate em in diesel fuel and salt peter and then cook em for about 4 days on 350 and then thro away the coon and eat the 2X4....never tried it tho...
dave have you ever stuffed a coon? that would be a cool mount, especially with the rubber snake in its paws
