What are your goals for the coming hunting season? Mine are to take deer from three different states,get my older son on a good buck so he can put one on the wall,and get my twins up close to a caught hog so they can do the deed.Hopefully work will holdout for me to be able to afford this.
Kill a deer with all 3 weapons (Bow, ML, rifle)
Kill this good buck on public land Ive bout got patterned now
Be able to go hunting. Alot might happen between now and hunting season.
Get my dream quota for archery in the panhandle, drop 30#, and go hunting with my FIL and old man. Not sure how many more years I've got with either of them, so I'm going to make the best of what time I got left with em.
Put some meat in the freezer and be able to pass up smaller bucks. I like watching deer and being able to let small bucks walk,but the lease i have been in the last 2 years if you saw a deer you better shoot it because you may not see another one. It looks like I may be able to get into another one that has a better population so I can shoot a couple does for the freezer and be selective on bucks.
