Took mama for a hunt and got it done. She even helped to trail and found the buck herself. Definitely an awesome experience.

It's great that you busted a good deer, but having your wife with you made it very special! Does she just go with you or is she a hunter too? Years ago, 40+, my wife was with me when I killed a little buck while we were riding our horses. She had a tear or two for Bambi and that has been it for the actual hunt. Being the daughter of a custom kill butcher, she said she saw too many animals die. After he's on the ground, if she doesn't witness the kill, everything is okay. She will set with me once in a while in a shooting house and pray that a buck doesn't come out :no ! Count you blessings!
