Got in the ground blind at 2. Broke the chair that was in it. Managed to crack my head on the way down. Bout had a heat stroke in the sauna inside the blind. Got in the tripod stand instead. Managed to miss a broadside doe at 20 yards

Oh yeah! I knew that we had the odds in our favor. 15 yard shot and hit the money. He ran 40 yards and dropped right there. I heard him kicking before we stood up.

Congrats on the buck. Saw a doe Abt 4pm watched her come in for Abt 15mins but she was just out of reach. Which was good cause she went into a brush pile and returned with a fawn. Watched them for Abt 45 mins than it was nothing but tree rats.

I like animals, they are tasty!
