Her first doe, second deer.

Well, my wife finally felt comfortable enough with a rifle to hunt a ladder stand by herself. She's hunted with her bow by herself for two years but this was her first with a rifle. At about 8am I heard success ring out and soon after I was getting buzzed with a text message.

Had the doe come in from her right and feed on down to her left. As she was feeding she spun around and found something tasty. At this point she was facing towards the right and Diana let her have it. No tracking required.

It was the same stand she killed her first buck out of last year with me on stand with her. I'm so pround of her!
